The Youth Nest Foundation is made up of a talented and experienced team of agents who are passionate about the youth and community.
The team consists of the Founder Mrs Smangele Theledi, the trustees Dr Keki Samuel Matebula and Mr Lutendo Victor Nemukula. Our Psychologist Ms Lutho Madosi and Career mentor Mr Percival Motaung.
The team is growing every day as we strive to find the best candidates in inspiring our youth.
SMANGELE THELEDI
Founder
Mrs Smangele Theledi is an entrepreneur and Phylanthropist who majored in Business management and banking. Smangele is an individual who is passionate about the youth and their development. Being orphaned at a young age herself but still managing to stay positive and be the best she can, Smangele has chosen mentoring and motivational speaking as a way to give back to the youth and prove that with the right mindset anything is possible.
KEKI SAMUEL MATEBULA
Co-director (Trustee)
Dr Matebula is a man of God with a Doctorate in ministry, He is passionate about spiritual values and bringing the youth closer to God. Dr Mathebula specializes in counseling, mentoring and motivational speaking.
LUTENDO VICTOR NEMUKULA
Co-director (Trustee)
Mr Lutendo Nemukula is an entrepreneur and Phylanthropist who has a passion for giving back to the community, from a disadvantaged background himself he has given his life to helping those less fortunate to break the boundaries of poverty and live their dreams.
LUTHO MADOSI
Psychologist
Ms Lutho Madosi a young energetic, motivated and versatile Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) graduate who is passionate about understanding the individual, their development and how they function in a team or group. Lutho has majored in development psychology, social psychology, child and family psychology, education, Sociology and Anthropology just to name a few. With Lutho in the team we are sure that our children are in safe hands.

Career mentor
Mr Percival Motloung is a young ambitious, focused and humbled individual with certifications in Paramedic and fundamentals in business management graduate .
